International Scholarships at SUNY Oswego: What to Know

SUNY Oswego is a teaching-focused university that offers scholarships for international students to help make studying in the US more attainable for Vietnamese families. Exact award amounts are assessed based on academic record and can change year to year, so always confirm the latest figures with an admissions representative.

A strong academic profile — including transcripts, high school achievements, and English test scores (if available) — is an important factor in scholarship review. Applying early also improves your chances of being fully considered before award cycles close.

If your English score isn't at the direct-entry level yet, Oswego offers an academic English pathway (EAP/IELP) to help you meet admission requirements without losing your chance to be considered for scholarships based on your academic record.
